In this detailed lesson made for flash 8, I will show you how to create very advanced and attractive party animation in flash. You can use this animation for any presentation, flash header, banner. You don't have to use action script code to make this lesson. Using this lesson, you will also learn:
1. How to apply flash effects on any picture,
2. How to convert any picture into a Movie Clip,
3. How to Import any picture into a Flash Library,
4. How to use some special flash tips and tricks and much more.
Step 1
First of all, download my pictures which we will use for this lesson.
Step 2
Create a new flash document. Press Ctrl+J key on the keyboard (Document Properties) and set the width of your document to 409 pixels and the height to 239 pixels. Select any color as background color. Set your Flash movie's frame rate to 28 and click ok.

Step 3
Choose File > Import > Import to Library. In the file explorer window that appears, find a four images (image1, image2...) and Shift-click to select them all.Then click open. If you now open your flash library (Ctrl+L key) you will see a four images that you just imported. See the picture below.

Step 4
Double click on layer 1 to rename its name into a img1. After that, take the Selection Tool (V) and using the drag and drop technique, move the first image from the Library on the stage.
Step 5
While the image is still selected, go to the Align Panel (Ctrl+K) and do the following:
1. Make sure that the Align/Distribute to Stage button is turned on,
2. Click on the Align horizontal center button and
3. Click the Align vertical center button.

Step 6
After that, while the image is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this image into a Movie Clip Symbol.

Step 7
Click now on frame 10, 15 and 20 and press F6 key.
Step 8
Go back now on the first frame, take the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the image to select it. After that, go to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage.On the right, you will see the Color menu. Select Advanced on it, click on Settings button set the following options and click ok.

Step 9
Select now frame 10, take again the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the image to select it. After that, go to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage.On the right, you will see the Color menu. Select Advanced on it, click on Settings button set the following options and click ok.

Step 10
Select now frame 15 and set the following options and click ok.

Step 11
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 1 and 15, frame 15 and 20 and frame 20 and 25 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears. See the picture below.

Step 12
Create now a new layer above the layer img1 and name it img2.
Step 13
Select now frame 25 of layer img2 and press F6 key. While you're still on frame 25, move the second image from the library on the stage.
Step 14
While the image is still selected, repeat step 5.
Step 15
While the image is still selected, press again F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this image into a Movie Clip Symbol.

Step 16
Click now on frame 30,35,40 and 45 and press F6 key.
Step 17
Go back now on frame 25 and repeat step 8.
Step 18
Select now frame 35 and repeat step 8, but for this time, set the following options and click ok.

Step 19
Select now frame 45, take again the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the picture to select it. Then, go to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage. On the right, you will see the Color menu. Select Alpha in it and put it down to 0%.

Step 20
Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 25 and 30, frame 30 and 35, frame 35 and 40 and frame 40 and 45 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears. See the picture below.

Step 21
Select now frame 45 of layer img 1 and press F5 key.
