No offense, but if you cover phpBB you need to cover MyBB. I've used both multiple times, and I can easily say MyBB is far superior.
The article as a whole is kind of mediocre. The author needs to check his spelling, vocabulary, and sometimes his syntax. Some of the advice is good, however, and it is just the presentation is bad. And the author completely skips how to target your audience better--which is very important.

I did submit a article about Brainstorming which cover target audience, I'm dyslexic and am not the best of spellers, i will get my developer to go over my site making corrections to spelling and grammar.

My apologies, I would have rated it better if I took the time to learn that you were dyslexic. I've talked with a friend or two about dyslexia, and I understand some of how difficult it is. Kudos to your for that.
Maybe you should have a "series" on web design and have an index of the articles at the top. This way, because the web is so interconnected, the subject matter is covered and linked together in an easy to find manner.
