The if-statements can be removed, because they are completely useless.
Use this much shorter and easier to maintain code instead: $anon = "http://www.yoursite.com/picture" . $numb . ".jpg";

Yes that is better if all of your pictures is in a nice numberseies, but what if your picture have completly different names?
