2. Select the selection tool and set it to elipse, Once that
is done draw a circle in the center for your image it doesnt matter
if it isnt in the middle. Now go to Selections>>Save to alpha
channel, give it an appropriate name and save you will need to load
this later.
3. Next we need to select the flood fill tool, you must also
select gradient in the styles palete then select the Blue jewl gradient
and fill the selected circle.
We now need to give our globe an 3d
effect and we do this by going to Effects>>Geometric effects>>wind,
set the strength to 6 and the direction as from left. Next we
need to add a blur Effects>>Blur>>Gaussian blur and
set the radius to 4. we also need to give the globe a reflective
shine and to do this we will have to use the illumination tool Effects>>Illumination
effects>>Sun burst and set all the levels to the ones shown
in the opposite picture.
