How to stop Chrome from storing your passwords

You wouldn't believe how easy it is to display all your saved passwords in Chrome browser, let me show you how to make your Chrome more secure, especially if you let others use your computer.

First, let's see how easy it is to display all your stored passwords in Chrome.

Open Chrome and enter chrome://settings/passwords in the url entry window (see picture).

A window with all your stored websites login credentials appears. To display a password click one of the websites and simply click Show next to the password (see picture).

And you can now you can see the password in clear text.

To remove the stored passwords, click the remove icon (see picture).

And how doe all this websites and their credentials end up stored in your Chrome you ask?

Every time you sign in to a website, Chrome asks you if you want to save that password, and if you confirm it by clicking Save password then it will get stored in your Chrome. So if you don't want your credentials stored, simply click Never for this site when asked.

To permanently disable the password save function, click the Options button (see picture) ...

... and choose Settings.

Scroll down and click Show advanced settings...

Now find the Password and forms options and disable the Offer to save passwords I enter on the web option.
