Is there a such thing as a risk free program which can modify my start bar and is free?

I dont think there is because ive been searching for a while now and found nothing.

If you guys come up with anyhting it would be great.

Looking for something like http://www.stardock....s/windowblinds/ ? sinc i use that on both my computers and it is free :) Think that is the best program u can get atm.

I would go for windows blinds or litestep

The thing is i dont have the windows disk (no i didn't download)

When i bought my computer i foolishly bought it and didnt make it and anyways the place i bought it from doesn't give you the disk.

You could also download Vista Transformation Pack, which makes XP look like Windows Vista.

lol, i need the windows disk incase it screws up windows files. With blinds do you have to reapply it at startup every time? also when i chnage back to the defult xp theme it does the old grey style. I forget what i ddi to chnage it.

- No you don't need to re-apply at startup
- Just re-apply the Windows XP default Theme in your Display Properties

And if you want something totally risk-free and not using any system resources at all, use StyleXP from www.tgtsoft.com
