I just stay up real late.. and boom.. as soon as I hit the bed I fall asleep. Might as well stay up late on the puter or watching Tv than staying up late in your bed trying to go to sleep.

You shouldnt eat before you go to sleep its not good. I usually take a shower first and i just go to sleep.
