Hello, im new to flash, and i read some tutorials on the website to do gliint or shine effect, and it worked, but only works when i use the text made in flash,
i made some cool text in photoshop, and tried to use it in flash to make shine effect (i know that with image ready i can do that, but i want to add more animations to the project)

ok well i imported the file (image) with the text, then i converted it to graphic symbol
then i made the gradient line, and try to make it work, but it dont work, when i click MASK it hides the text (the one i made in PS),,

any ideas?

Ok this is the thing i want to shine, if you could do it for me and send me the FLA file, i will see how you did it,

just do it in image ready and save it as animated gif (when u go to preivew in internet explorer just right click the image and go to save as) then open up flash and import it...each tween will have it's own frame then u can continue with ur flash project...good luck hoped i helped...
