Well, i'm not sure about the whole "realistic" thing. The overal look looks like it was rendered on a computer, and the car seems to be a little dispraportionate to the house (i.e. 5 people can easily fit in the car, where maybe 2 can fit in the house...).
But other then the proportions thing, it's not that bad. Did you download or model the car yourself?

p.s. you need a garage door :)

It's good and all, but you really need to do an HDRI of it, that's how they make it look real in the movies!

if its a fully 3d movie hrdi's arent needed and they make the movie look stupid :D
and it needs a brick wall or something.. the current grey looks like the default texture each object gets ;)

lol, now it reminds me of claymation :)
But that's still one heck of an improvement from the previous render. The cement in front of the car seems a little shiny though. It's textured, so i know its not buffed cement (you might want to work on that). And the top of the garage door seems like it needs to be moved down about half an inch (or 4 pixels, depends on how you want to look at it).

Just some suggestions, but still a great job as-is.

Just a couple of things I noticed...The trees (one on the bottom left and near the steps) look a lil short, maybe make them bigger ;)

Also the positioning of the tree near the steps look a lil awkward...like you park the car and then walk around the tree to get inside. So maybe, move that tree to some other place. :P

Car looks nice from what I can see :P

Good job overall :D
