why in the hell are u using nurbs????, it would be much easier to do this with polysYes, I have the spline. But I don't see any quadrilateral option - I did have a regular grid option - which when checked gave me this!!!do you still have the spline!!??
if you do.. copy the first and then move it up however much you want the thickness of the psp to be... then stick them both in a loft nurb and set the cap to type: quadrilateral... in the cap menu... in the loft
Got rid of the symmetry as well
Still on extrude nurbs - Lofting gave me the same result as well

Waste of time (& processor power) using nurbs on that!
extrude the faces outward to bevel the edges... or better still just select the large faces and use the bevel tool - this way you can set up the segmentation to give you a nice rounded edge

bongo- symetry would have a very limited effect. most of the console is a-symetrical.
< thats fine ck... the screen doesnt need many polygons just needs a square cut into the front bit.. and it will be great
agrees with bongo on the bevelling ... it would give you the rounder corners you want... i have forgotten to do it and my moddel will take a while to put them in....
edit: why so many polygon sub divs down the side of the psp ck ??

A-symetrical?
Of course it symetrical... what do you think that line right down the middle is your model is?

I did use symmetry on this one - I started with a cube then extruded the faces and scaled them(constrained to one axis) to get that curve on the sides. Thats why there are so many polys on the sides.
As for the bottom I need it to be a bit flatter so made some knife cuts so I get a flat bottom part.
The reference pics are a little confusing Some of them have more round edges and some have less rounded edges - I just realised I dont need to many polys on the side - Will redo this and post results a while from now
Also first time I tried to bevel it didn't come out right lemme try again
Thanks all for the help
