Made that in Photoshop, i found a Tut on how to make the Neon look, decided to go my own way. The "Get Well Soon" is for a friend of mine who was not feeling good while I was making this, So I decided to make it for her also. Tell me what ya guys think.

There is the URL for the tut, you can also find it if you go to Tutorials on this site and click on PhotoShop, its like the 4 -5 one down. It tells you have to make the pedels, it calls for making more like a ButterFly lookin image, but i went with a flower.
