I think thats all the versions of VB are supported in Windows ME . The best version of VB is VB.NET .

i have never known the difference to be honset, but i _think_ which one you have chosen is close to irrelevant till you get to a more advanced level? i used vb6 when i first started playing around and it was fine for me. someone correct me if im wrong though please.

Lol Stu! ENGLAND!!!!!

Regarding the question, it doesn't make a difference. I'd say VB.NET 2003/5 would be the best option as it's the latest version and is what will be used in future developments, whereas VB6 is a slow but dieing community which will eventually be dead.

The difference between them i think is the actual framework, with VB6 i don't think you would modify it, whereas with VB.NET you can and you can change alot of settings. Plus you have got stability and i-face, button styles and the coding layouts etc.

Personally if you can afford it go for VB.NET 2003 or VS2003.
