This is my first website...please comment on it.

BTW, I won first place at the Middle School Computer Fair Regional Competition with this one. I'll be going to Harrisburg for states in April.

Also, here's an animated logo - I can't figure out where I should put it.

Why is the main content text an image (except, for some reason, on "Credit Tips"). It would do much better with search engines if the content was plain text, just like in Credit Tips.

Yes, that's static text. For some reason, though, Dynamic Text looks different than Static Text. I don't think it's antialiased. Any reason why that is?

Right now, I'm working on new scrolling, and some HTML text.

A pre-loader on the flash would be nice.

I'm working on that...i can't seem to get it to load right but my computer with flash on it is running very slow at the moment so I'm probably just not getting all the AS in there.

Yea...I first used a computer when I was five. I typed my last letter to dear old Santa Clause. I've really come a long way since then lol...

What about my logo animation?

I don't like the text in the navigation. But the reset is awsome.

Thx for the comments guys...I also just got a bunch of comments - good and bad - on my site because a college teacher used it as an example for one of her classes and they had to point out positive and negative points on the site. Can't wait to read them!

P.S. I got the preloader working but am going to be making many more changes so I won't be publishing for a while yet...

I just finished a somewhat major overhaul on this site...I added a whole new style to the text only pages because they looked boring, and I changed a bunch of links around as well. I'm trying to figure out where to put Meet the Team and Contact Us cause they're really important. I also added the animating logo to the flash homepage. I can't get the coding on the preloader right but I'm working on it and it will hopefully be up sometime this week.

Please C&C.

Looks really nice, proffessional in alot of ways too. One thing that could be fixed is change the "preapproval" , "Why call baker?", and "Availabel Loans" sections where the text is selectable or even printable. Also the counter adds one ever time the flash is loaded, not by how many people go there.

Its really great though, nice job dude.

The text is because it's static. Static text can't be selected, it's as if the text is just a picture. I only use Dynamic Text for scrolling.

I'm just looking for an estimate with the hit counter.

Thanks

Most of it was the text-only version. Which isn't working out great right now. And the animating logo.

I think its way to much text on the site.. I think you should remove the text in the header, and change font in the menu

Your site may not look spectaculairly graphically flashy, no worries, because a mortgage site doesn't need that. It has to look according to what it sells and it should look serious. Your site does, good job.

And for the logo animation, very nice also, though maybe speed it up a little? <_<

I tried to slow it down but it needs to look like he's actually writing his name. Something happened and when the site "builds" (opening animation) it goes way to fast. Maybe I accidentally upped the FPS.

Thanks for the feedback...State MS Computer Fair a month away!
