Yes, that's static text. For some reason, though, Dynamic Text looks different than Static Text. I don't think it's antialiased. Any reason why that is?
Yea you cant make dynamic text anti aliased it just cant, dynamic text is basically the same thing as html text, or notepad text, static text is like another image file. i would use dynamic text on sites like this though, even at the cost of the design, with lots of information like this people may want to copy and paste and send it to people.
Yea you should put a preloade, people with slow connections will start downloading the .swf and it will be way too slow. andsome buttons and parts of the flash wont load immediatelyA pre-loader on the flash would be nice.
the site is pretty good though, just add the preloader, and maybe the dynamic text, its really up to you on that. the transition for the links is pretty good aside from the fact it always goes back to the "what is the best mortgage option for you" page instead of it being a smooth transition from page to page, everything loogs pretty good, i would work on your design aspect though in future projects, try using different colors. it gives the user different things to looks at, and u can use it to guide users eyes to certain things you want them to see.congrats on the site its pretty nice
