I have used clicksor in the past, which have a set amount ($20USD) I think and then it gets sent to your PayPal address.

You're better off just getting a check in the mail... if you have Paypal, you have a checking account, so what's the problem?
The companies that pay via Paypal all suck, so just go with a better ad serving company and deal with the check.
