I worked on this for over an hour and got a result better than anything i could of imagined!

This is another layout using an abstract feel... I have never seen a website that actually used this feel, so if anyone finds one, i would like to see it!

I used no tutorial at all for this, and it came straight outta my head. I have actually had this pictured in my head for a few weeks, but never thought i would be able to do it... Wow was i wrong.

Tell me what you think!

I put in a little fake portal for a preview...

I have been playing the flute for 6 years now and I love it, and I am playing the pipe organ as well. I also like to teach other people the in and outs of software such as the CS3 suite from Adobe.

Hmm, It is really different from all other layouts. Myself I am not really too keen on the background. It seems a bit too...messed? However, the logo is quite nice, but the burst of light is a bit too bright. I hope you find a use for it somewhere, where it fits.

It would be difficult to create a successful website from such a layout - not particular accessible for people on slow internet connections.

However, it is very original and I challenge you to keep working at it and improving your idea!

Do some work on the text in your logo - it is a bit dull.

Good luck!

Its a nice design for a website that will not display much content. The only thing I recommend changing is the text in the nav + header.

And also, maybe there is a reason that

I have never seen a website that actually used this feel

:P

I dont like hard-graphic layouts.
They take too long to load, and arnt really that user friendly normally.
