Hi,
I created my Flash website maraboutime.com. It can be set as Active Desktop, so user can see the current time and temperature in the places he/she interested.
What interested for me is your ideas about skins - now it is only blue gradient and the wave. I want to add grass on the bottom and two trees on sides. Any new ideas?
Also I plan to place a pirate from menu-->Help-->About to the front. Maybe it will be annoying? What do you think?

Your website actually has a very nice concept, only I can not see the southern hemisphere at all. I guess the map is cut off from just below New York or Mallorca downwards.

If the temperatures etc. could be customized to (registered) users preferences, that would be a-w-e-some :)

yep, the same as Wybe mentioned and maybe also something like:

- conversion from F° to C° (in Europe we use Celsius)
- maybe a city chooser list

but anyway good start :)

I LOVE this concept! I totally agree with funkysoul.
If you want suggestions for themes and such, you could put some mountains, maybe a forrest in the background. Thatīs all I can think about.

Thank you, guys!
It looks strange that you can see only half of the map. It should work fine in Internet Explorer.
Also, if you click round blue menu button, you can select any city and set temperature to F or C.
Weather forecast is for US only.

great site man, flawless design, this is a small point but if you could make the scroll menus work with center scroll mouse button you would make lazy people like me much happier
good job

looks great, only comment/suggestion i have is have the plane fly in from the right hand side rather than the left so it reads the right way lol

other than that, great work so far

Dirk Black,
scroll mouse button is done, thank you for idea!

Davey,
Annoying "unregistered" message should be "annoying" - that's why it comes from the left ;)
I will add more "flying machines" soon - they will fly from the right!
And for registered users I will add ability to select flight direction.

Thank you!
