I recently downloaded some photoshop brushes in .abr format, thinking that they would be usable in PSPX. I tried to import them into PSP but I get an error:

The file [C:\........ss-flames.abr] is a newer format and is unsupported.

The wierd thing is that this only happens with .abr (lowercase) - .ABR work fine. ^_^

I don't know very much about brushes in PSP, but if you say *.ABR works, why don't you change the extension to *.ABR?

Weird...well, I've just found this:

It isn't updated to the latest versions of PSP and PS, but maybe it can be useful.
Some brush packs include an imagepack for users of other programs, so you can manually define them.
