2/10 difficulity

1)Alright, first off press D to reset your colors and then for your background go to filter-render-clouds. (try to get evenly spread out colors by pressing Ctrl+F until you find something you like)

2)Next make a new layer and and before you do anything set the blending mode of your layer to Soft Light down in your Layers Panel and with your Grunge brushes lightly fill up your signiture with with black as your foreground color.

3)Next make a new layer again and do the same thing in step 2 with a different brush but same color. Not too much brush down just a little at a time lightly covering the cloud part of your background. (blend mode to Soft Light)

4)Do the same thing as you did before, the more the better and then go to color balance and if you want you can try my settings or mess around with your own settings. (make sure you try to change shadows, midtones, and highlights or the best possibe reasult)

Shadows: -39,-31,-23
Midtones: 34,45,42
Highlights: 91,100,-63

Enjoy!!! Heres my final reasult!
