The problem about rap is that it's not about poetry, it's not art, it's nothing exept almost-not-dressed-women and shouting "yo yo yo", then they take a short break, and continues "yo yo".
...and offcourse to look as gangsta as absolutely possible.
I guess rappers and they friends are the only one who think they look cool. We reasonable people just don't.

Rap is crap and so is the 'MCing' where you hold you hand to your moth and go 'phsoooom phsoooom' or whatever the hell you do with a 'backing' singer going 'yo yo ma homeboy' I don't mind some rappers such as a few of Eminems songs because he rapped about his life and it's meaning but people like 50 cent I mean what the hell is 'Welcome to the candyshop?' that is plain sad.
