G'day to ye all :hi:

I'll start with praise: Briliant site, briljant concept. Tutorialsz allover the place, at differant sites; something wonderful.

Being an illustrator that has to learn how to get into webbuilding and all, It couldn't get any better than this, if one'd need to know. "Ave, Ceasar! :)

Thus, I'll need copyright protection. I'm dumping imagesz, but I'll be placing images on the web I'll need protected. In other words: You may look, but cannot touch/download.

Found a tutorial 'bout placing a protective layer in photoshop, but it's dead.
I'll seek and I shall find, yet: Anyone got any idea where to look?

Greetingsz éh,

M.

Ah! p.s.: You'ld like to...? http://members.chell.../14_12_2004.htm
Don't be tó judgemental, yet eh? :) I'm exsperiment-ation-alsz_'ll start at the starting-line, might point you out where the finish is. Who knowsz, with a little help and all... :D

There I go :)

Danke,

p.s.: Ah! But that'll protect all of it. There's no need for that, but protecting certain images I must. Does I need specific protection.

Yes image ripping today is something to worrie about. best thing to do is have no right click.. but even that can be bypassed, there is not a real way to protect your images...

Nowdays even flash swf files are being ripped.

I c, still: Within the tutorial section on photoshop, there's talk of creating a protective layer on an imagine. Sadly, the link is gone.
Perhapsz bug them with the question? ;)

p.s.: tutorial 81

They're havin' a mySQL-prob.
[Looks like the protectionsz protected: It's a conspiracy :)]

Because if you disable right click they will look in your source code and find the image. Its not hard at all to steal, you just gotta have faith.

Any right-click blocker can be circumvented by anyone by simply pressing Print Screen. If you publish artwork on the net, use Watermarks.

ok:

Tryed a low opacity text-layer [in photoshop?]
Did a watermarking by Digimarc.

Didn't do it.

Wether it can be done: I figure it must be possible. I'm not printing right now to test the printscreen, but www.borisjulie.com suggestsz it has done it. [Not so on the thumbnails, rather on the enlarged images]. I'm shure they'd tear any protection apart, still...

Tutorial request eh?! :P

p.s.: Tryed a layer in dreamweaver... nah :(
