I had a download regarding Pocket informant PIM software for my window mobile 5. It recided at my desktop. But now it won't just delete. Everytime it says another programme is using it. It's been since 3 months if I am correct.
All restart, all clearing of running programme won't just help me delete this. I am stuck... any suggestion!~

I really don't know what to suggest except instead of trying to delete it directly from the desktop, access the desktop through Hard Drive>Documents and Settings>Your Folder>Desktop.

Its a long shot but I guess you have nothing to lose so try it.

try ending any processes that has to do with the program, usally it has a name that is close to the product name, alt-ctrl-delete > processes tab. then try deleting it if u find anything.

you can also try booting up in safe mode and try deleting it there.

Download and install that shell extension. To use it simply right click the file and click 'Unlocker'. The program finds any program that is using the file and will attempt to unlock it and if it can't at first it will give you the option of deleting it on boot.
