So without further ado I announce the competition.
A webshop selling home spa products (ie. nice, natural smelly stuff) needs a logo. The prize (assuming there's a worthwhile winner) is 100 pounds sterling or the equivalent in US monies.
The text: simply spa. (.co.uk is optional.)
The style: on a white background, natural, not over-complex or fussy.
// spoiler, these logos are in the right direction, but not quite good enough. The blue one doesn't say 'spa' enough, the brown one isn't 'fresh' enough.
These are nice, but aren't enough to create an enduring brand, or work up a site from. You might not want to look at them. Having seen the P2L logo challenge, I'm hoping for similar qualities.
Competition Guidelines

5. Deadline is Saturday 26th August 2006, 12:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time. (that's UK+9 at the moment)
6. Prize is 100GBP or your currency equivalent. This will be paid by cheque if you have a UK bank account, otherwise by paypal etc.
7. All artwork must be original and/or be free of copyright, except regarding your intellectual property rights - the prize will require transferral of your rights as the author of the work to hancockconsulting.com.au.
8. If none of the logos here are deemed appropriate for the company, full reasons and feedback will be provided and the competition will be extended for a further seven (7) days.
It is my intention to run further logo competitions assuming the success of this one - next one will start in 3-4 days if there are a few good responses to this one in that time. Good luck, and
