Ladies and Gents,

I am hosting a layout competition for my website. Any style will be fine, I prefer tech layouts. On to the guidelines.

Guidelines
1. Must be viewable on an 800x600 screen resolution.
2. Must have the words "Tech Designz" on the banner.
3. Must have a LOGO made by you your complete choice on how that turns out as well.
4. Color Scheme: Blue/Silver.
5. E-Mail me with the fully coded layout at [email protected], IF YOU WIN.
6. Post a screen shot of your layout here.

**LAYOUT MUST BE CODED. I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CODE THIS SEEING IS HOW THIS WILL BE THE OPENING OF THE SITE AND I HAVE MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO CONTENT-WISE**

Rewards
I will choose the winner myself and whoever wins will recieve a hosting plan on my server with unl. space and unl. bandwidth (yes it is possible), and subdomain.

1st Place will Recieve:
1 year hosting plan
Unlimited Space
Unlimited Bandwidth
Subdomain (IE: myportfolio.pixel2life.com) But it won't be pixel2life
Automatic linkage on home page of my website to yours for 1 year.
Deadlines
Contest Start: NOW
Contest Ends: 9/5/06

Regarding Rippers
I think I will turn in all the rippers to Pixel2Life Admin.

If they send ripped layouts to your email address that's really nothing to do with us I sincerely hope you understand that.

Can you please also edit your thread and add what your giving as a prize full description instead of just a hosting plan, what it actually is please and how long for etc.

I'm in agreement here. 1 year for a full coded template with logo just isn't enough. We want more. Regardless of wether we'll get that is another thing. I think I'll enter this, good luck to everyone else who enters.

Yeah I'm with Al3x. To design a logo and template, and then code it...I don't see too many people doing it for free, even if you get a small amount of advertising and web space. Most people have their favorite web host and aren't too keen about going with somebody else. Now if we were getting something between $100 and $200 then you would probably get some entries...just my thoughts.

What features are you wanting on this layout, or do you want a plain navigation and content system. Also I'm no good at coding, would it be fine if I just made the layout and then maybe if it is chosen you can get someone to code it to your liking?

This competition is overdue, whats up with that. Also that J-John guy hasn't been on since 28th August.

Sorry I had a lot of problems between college and work I had some downtime but I have returned. And to the question of how long I will boost it to 2 years, MAXIMUM. So yeah. If there are no more entries then I suppose I will make my decision soon. I'll leave this up for another week or two. Fear not, I will return!
