I don't believe that it looks good at all. Sorry. It's extremely plain, square, and hard colored.

The layout is ok..but you need to work on the colors, try something a little easier on the eyes. Also the indented lines would look better as 2 pixels (1 black 1 white). The gradient bars you have going through the header and the link areas dont really do anything for the layout and it would probably look better without them, and whats up with the "homepage" text in the banner?

Theres nothing wrong with a simple or "plain" layout as long as it still..flows I guess would be a good word and easy to look at. The main problem with this is, as I said, the colors, if you can fix them I think you'll be on your way to having a pretty decent layout.

Good Luck :P

I dont really like it, it very blue and text looks like its gonnabe big, and so in the menu. maybe take it to the middle, try making it small and a different font. too many squared and rectangles there, try getting rid of some of them. anyway, i think that u got the idea and u can do better, so keep trying man.

Yeah, I agree, though it isn't bad, those are the things that could be improved upon.

i'd go with the second from bottom... maybe change the yellow to a more orangy colour... also, lose the black stroke, use drop shadow at the default angle (120 i think), set distance to 1 and size to 2-5 depending wot looks best, if u insist on using the stroke, set it to 1 and use low opacity (50% max) - probly drop the opacity of the diagonal stripes too to about 20%
