Check this out when i select the move tool it puts this box around my text. This would not be a big deal but when it is really small i can't see where i am moving it. Also it did NOT do this before. This is something new. It happend after I hit the keyboard on accident.. here is an image below to show you what i am tlakng about. Does anyone know how to get this to go away???? Cause it is really annoying!!!!

That looks like the Transform box to me. The Move Tool doesn't let you rotate or scale the object, like the tool in your image is showing.

I usually try to get the same problem to solve it, but this time i just cant find how you get that "transforming box" , just by selecting the move tool.

Your sure that:
1. you dont have hit ctrl+T by accident (then you would indeed get that box.
2. (and i am insulting your intelligence here, sry bout that) your indeed working in photoshop, not in illustrator :)

Sry man, cant help you till i find a way to get that same problem.

I had "show transform controls" selected. Once I unclicked it my problem was fixed. Thanks to everyone.

Those controls might be useful to you in the future, so a helpful shortcut would be to press Ctrl+H which hides the transform controls and bounding box temporarily, as well as a few other things, like paths and marquee selections.
