Hey peeps! I know this is prob a stupid question but its anoying me. Im a freehand man and have only switched to illustrator (cs2) recently and I am still adapting. There is one small thing that I cannot work out how to do and that is create a 2nd page or artboard in a document! Can you actually have a 2 page+ document?

there is a pluging for illustrator I use which is called multipage for illustrator..
which alows you to create pages just like indesign.......

What they mean, but dont dare to say:
thats bout the only (except from far more advanced gradients) thing that has always been the benefit of freehand.
Ever since Illustrator 3, freehand has been the more advanced in typehandling, including the possibility for multiple pages.
So yes you need that plug-in.

For multi-page documents and professional DTP designing you can use InDesign
