I don't know where to start
the design is not good in any point, I think istead of I start listing like a hundread of things to consider and fix, maybe you should get some inspiration at some showcase sites

oh my goodness lord i thought i've seen some pretty nice websites, but those are by far amazing like how heaven is described

Ok, let do this, go to any Layout tutorial you find on P2L, do it and show us. Only then I'll consider you improvment

choose any layout tutorial and show me the link
and then show me the result
