I think most of us were pretty sure of that already. It really didn't make any sense to remove scenes...

Getting back to the topic, do you see why people might use scenes Angel Eyes? Everything has its pro's and con's, so it really depends what works best for the user and what they personally prefer. :)

And as Funky mentioned, those who use Flash for animating would most likely take advantage of scenes, because they would use it for it's original purpose: to create scenes, just as they are used in films, TV, etc.

I know a few people who use scenes for math graphical programming. I have no idea what for but would be interested to know if anyone knew.

you have misunderstood that part about scenes ....

I resonly went to a adobe confrence with flash and dreamweaver and this guy ( greg something )
acculay sayd that in a few versions of flash scenes will be gone in flash..

Hi Angel Eys (Christian) and others

I'm quit sure that your are wrong - I went to the same Adobe Conference (at Cinemaxx in Copenhagen) as you did (didn't I Christian?) ..... and I'm SURE that you must have misunderstood that part about scenes - I think scenes are here to stay!!

BUT ..... I never ever use scenes - and I have read in a book by Joshua Davis that he feels the same way ...... and he really know Flash !!!

Greetings from Copenhagen, Denmark

// mars - www.westend.dk - open source flash, freelance webdesign, Polaroids etc
