Just a comment. Usually you should wait for critiscm instead of bumping. On the other hand the layout is really nice. In fact I love it.

Not bad.. but not keen on the fact that the main site and forum are not uniform. (use the same skin). To me that seems tacky.

Good layout, nice use of colors.
Bad code, I see MANY tables here and the page doesn't validate, that means it won't work fine for some plataforms like cellphones and palms as for some browsers.
try using more CSS and divs, it's even easier

Site looks great, but just so you know...there is a typo in your sig
Should be "First Prize" and "Second & Third Prize". Otherwise noobs like me would think they have to pay to join the contest

I think it's a lovely layout. Love the colours, so... sexual xD I think you can maybe make the login area stand out more... I hardly noticed it at the top next to the advertisment :3
