My deviantart profile page has a pagerank of a fabulous 4. I put a link to my website NATURALLY, but it doesn't appear to be recognized at all? Is this because they nofollow all outgoing links on profile pages, or am I just being silly?

I checked the profile of a random deviantart user, and did not see a nofollow link present:
<li class="f"><strong>Website:</strong> <a class="h" href="http://sahfofa.deviantart.com">http://sahfofa.devia...rt.com</a></li>
They do have it on other links, like the login link:
<span class="glink login"><span><a href="https://www.deviantart.com/users/login" rel="nofollow" onclick="document.getElementById('form-login').submit();if (window.event)event.cancelBubble=true;return false;">login</a></span> </span>
So your site should be followed from your deviantart page.
