[Case]

At the moment your design is "fixed", meaning that it will not stretch horizontally. I assume you are going to make it vertically stretchable by chopping off the top and the bottom and then putting the content inbetween and having the background tile. It will look like it is now but will be the height of your content.

I was suggesting you take this one stage further and shop the sides off as well so that your layout actually stretches widthways accross the screen to maximise content and minimise background. You can then use the CSS min-widht and max-width properties to constrain the sizes.

Nah, I originally didn't want to do this, but I was thinking about making it a bit more blog-style.
I think I will try this, but I'm not sure at the moment, since I'm not sure how much content I'll put in it.

No, it somehow doesn't show the images you placed in the css file, so it's just a half of a layout. I'll make a screenie, if I can find that file again.

Edit: No need to do anything. I fixed the problem.
