lately I had a problem when i was designing a restuarant on 3d max , i was rendering with vray 1.5 and the shaddows only appear  in the scene as noise 

I have tried everything I changed  noise threshold , HSpv.subdivs , Interp.samples and the subdivs in the vray light 

 

all the lights in the scene are vray light plane and a photometric ies sun 

 

and i used materials from evermotion archmodels 

 

how can i work out that problem
