I have a question about adding ads to my website. I made my site in Dreamweaver and I was wondering how I would post the ads on my site, like if I wanted them to go down the right side of my website? How would I code this?

Thx

My interest also lie in visual basic programming and html. I love reading books of Stephen King, Anne Rice and Dean Kontz. I like chatting but only at my own forum because at other places, people want to boot you or flood you with PMs (tongue hanging out). And most of all, I love doing graphics and helping other folks out with their forum. I also like posting at various forums. (That way if I lose any of my stuff I know where to go and get it again) (Laughing) <br /><br />Okay, that's it! Oh yeah, I almost forgot. I also like to crochet, draw and mess around in the yard.

http://www.ezgoal.com/phpscripts/ or http://php.resourceindex.com/

Why make a script if there's one already out there? :( Depending on what type site you have; I'm assuming its php? right?

I'm sure you will find what you're looking for at one or the other site.

If you already have blocks, you can just add the ad info in side of your block and then activate it. You can place it left, right or in the center.

I would also recommend you creating a php "adrotator" to offer numerous types of ads each time the page is refreshed. Why see the same ad all day when you can offer many different types. These different types pay more too :)

Good luck.

Use the code that is given by your ad provider (google, yahoo, bidvertiser) and go to the 'CODE' in DreamWeaver and insert it wherever you want it.

If you have gotten any code from your provider then insert a box in the down of right side in your page by dreamweaver design mode. After creating the box left your cursor in this box. Then go to code mode and past that buyer's code. That's all and now you will see the add in your wanted place.
