Now I know there is so much that I could have done better, especially with lighting but ill will except any comments or help and i am looking for tutorials on coloring for comics.

What i did was use another persons basic idea for superman then i redrew him and then scanned him and used Illustrator to strace the lines then placed a layer below to act as my colouring in section. I then put on basic colours like cape = one flat colour of red face = a dark pink and body = blue and yellow. I then worked ontop with more colours and highlights building in with the blur tool. I also used the black lines as a way of showing shadow rather than paint them on

I don't do this kind of area on graphics but, I think it looks quite good, especially for you first full colouring...


( Should the Hulk's bottom half of his legs be human-coloured? I thought they were green as well...

yeah they should be green but i was trying to make it look as the earth glow was making them that color but didnt come out great.

either way im still ok with it it was my first time doing this and im learning alot from everyone who posted on other sites as well as this site.

Nice work dude...hulk and superman awesome...I hope there is spiderman too lol...anyway I think more smooth in color reflection will make it much better...
