Hey,

Ive been asked by a friend to change a white car to silver but I don't seem to be able to make the car "silver"

Ive cut out the parts that needs to be edited and pasted them on a new layer but I can't get a silver color no matter how much i play with color balance and hues.

Any help?

Silver is tough since it's a "shiny" grey... I'm not sure how to do it besides lower the brightness very slightly.

Well you could do it with a simple airbrushing or light gradient, but there is a shadow there, it would look really gay. :-/

This might be a crazy idea but why not scour the web for a similar model car in silver?
