Generally does look quite nice :-)
Only thing I would criticise is the text on the right seems to stack up, it's too much small blue font for me
What I think may really work well, would be the new thread/reply image, make the plus a nice kind of green.

just a bump here with some more info
just want everyone to check out the new skin... looks pretty nice imo and I've gotten some good reviews on it
