I have a PNG file (64x64px - 2.90K), I resize via the Image Size dialog to 15x15px then save as PNG and the file becomes 3.33K!?!?!

Am I doing something wrong?

I have Scale Styles, Constrain Proportions & Resample Image (Bicubic smooth gradients) all checked.

Oh, I also made a few more pixels in the original image into transparent parts...


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
