This is my first post so to be polite, a hearty hello to everyone :)

I'd love to get some constructive comments on how the layout.

Personally I like the clean and simplistic look with small touches of "punk". I do think it's missing something. Maybe you guys can help me figure out what :)

The only bit of punk you show is a grungy background for a submit button, for as far as 20x80 pixels (whatever) is grungy. You could do something with the tabs for example. Just off the top of my head, you could slam a few splatter brushes onto "unopened" tabs. Tone em down a little bit to bring them to the background and voila, you've got a reasonably smart add-on to the navigation.

It looks pretty clean and simplistic, yeah. But I also think it wouldn't hurt to use a little more padding :) You're not going to post endless pieces of text or anything, so use your space.

I got a feeling that the space to the left of the contact form is yet to be filled in?

Mooie achtergrond trouwns, die heb ik nog een tijdje op mn hyves gehad XD

Just my two cents. You don't have to do it my way ofcourse, I just told you how I would've done it. In the spirit of like how I would pick a present for somebody that I would want to have myself, too. Which are imho the best presents (to give). Peace

i dont think the grey boxey look goes very well with the style of hairdressing. confining the woman to the box seams to miss the point of showing off her hair. you need to open things up if you want to go punk its all or nothing... go really zany with the design and make things reach out of the design rather than confining them in place.

the menu tabs i would lose too and go for stand alone text navigation. then you can go bigger if needs be.

so atm it looks a bit to formal and clerical.
