Hello guys,
I've been messing around with one of the Mootools demos, and this monster popped out. Upgraded it to my website and here I am, looking to find out what you guys think of the whole. Chique or faux, hot or not? It is currently just a "portfolio" to give my drawings some fresh air and a hidden entrance to some other stuff I guess. The whole Mootools thing is wide open to experimentation, but it's fun and quite cross-browser compatible. One of the disadvantages in my case is that it has to load all images at once, and the other disadvantage is that embedding youtube videos will not work nicely. But I may just find another solution for that.

The page is to be found at alarumone.com

Ideas, remarks, associations, suggestions, anythign is more than welcome. Thank you for your time

A few things I don't like. First your site is very small and the text is small and hard to read, so I suggest making things bigger.
The ajax is good, and you have a nice portfolio so overall it is good but as I said the site is small and the text is hard to read.

For as far as the "navigation" is concerned i was already doubting between small text and icons/images of some sort. hmm. I hate large text, but I guess i'll have to find some sort of solution for that then, because what you're saying is true.

I'm going for it :) thanks

im concerned that ajax and mootools etc are taking away the point of the website, the content.
i like the idea but to repeat the guy above its way too small.

maybe if the tv set was in a scene it would be great but the set alone with the thumbnails would just confuse a newer user with what they are supposed to do... does the images revolve on their own? if not that would be a good idea.

Now there's a bright idea. I changed the website from what it was, to the TV set, to what it is now so I'm afraid I don't need any critiques on the layout, but this is a good idea yeah. I should look into that, thanks!
