I'm trying to make a flash menu searching tuts or tricks to do it but i can't get it how it must be

here is how i wanne try to get it
i want to use this image as brackground

and when you hover a button (invisble) he must play my video,
and when you click go to the page


i got for each button a video how is this possible for me to fix it
