I'm trying to make my boyfriend a signature for his car forum

can anyone tell me the best online signature generator?
I know what I want it to look like just can't seem to find one that comes out the way I would like.

I have a picture of it. I downloaded gimp 2.6 but I've never used photoshop or anything like that so I couldn't seem to figure it out.
