Is it possible to convert pixels into a vector like for example this http://www.vgmuseum....cd/a/pop-11.gif
I have seen stuff like this in magazines for exmaple retrogamer mag.

Normally pixel to vector is done by hand. I'm not sure that you would really want to take the time to convert something like that to vector unless you just needed to enlarge it? Is there a reason you want it to be a vector file?

*edit* ok that was a dumb question, of course you want it to be vector that's why you asked! How about, why do you want it to be a vector file? Like are you after a specific file type or size or something?

I just need for future reference, it could be handy if i need it later on, as there are no tuts for it.
