Hey

I have been looking 2 days straight for a tutorial i saw some years back.
Its a old pergament like paper with some very beautiful elvish like glowing text.
A little like the text from inside the ring in lord of the rings.

Hope someone can help

thank you for looking, will keep looking myself and maybe hopse someone has seen ti or remember something like it.
The parchment alone was very unique beautiful, and the writing with the elvish font and the glow like inside the ring in lord of the rings, truly amazing.
I am so pissed at myself for not saving that tut
And now i need it for a romantic project with my girlfriend
