The 3rd one is my favorite. It feels like the character fits in well and has a more cartoon feel to it. The other 2 I feel like the images just stick out to much, I don't know why.I think it might be the highlights on the characters (hot white spots). Maybe try and tone them down a bit. I like the blending you did with the second one though and also the added smoke from the weapon.

All these turned out great, but the middle one I personally think with this type of shot the arms should be a bit more focused, it would be my favorite one of all. Im not sure what your f-stop was set for, but if it would have been about 8.0 it would have brought the arms into focus. It's cool if this was the look you was going for.
