I want to convert this image I made in photoshop to a 3D coin in C4D. Problem is, I have no knowledge of C4D, and it's very detailed so I'm sure I need to make it into separate layers or vectorize it or something? Idk, I'll post the image and hopefully someone can help with a tutorial or something.

If you don't know c4d I'm afraid a tutorial isn't going to get you to what results you want. The easiest way I see it is to make a texture out of your picture then apply it to a coin model. You can make the coin out of a cylinder which is fairly easy, and you can find lots of tutorials on texturing. Basically, go into your material and use the picture for the color and a grayscale copy of it (you can make that with photoshop) for the bump channel in the material options. This should get you pretty close to what you want.
