:D guys and girl,

My first Artwork post here at Pixel2Life. So be gentle. :)

I never thought I'd actually finish this one some day. Still not quite finished yet... but enough to post it on a forum.
Everything (3D model and texturing) has been done in Swift3D. Except of course the little composition I made.

I've spent quite some time on this one. Started modeling a few months ago actually. But when I got to modeling the hair and the texturing I put it in a closet somewhere and forgot about it. A few days ago I was trying out some stuff with Swift3D (posing, texturing, etc.) and found a good "new method" to apply a face-texture to a model. So when I got it to fit on this one, I decided to model the hair too, to finish it.

Here are my results:

Good job!

I agree with Shivmoo, there is something weird about it.. Maybe the eyes? I'm not sure..

Very nice. For the eyes, maybe try closing them slightly, so it doesn't look like she's staring intently.

For what it is, i think it looks brilliant, as for looking like her, it doesn't but 10/10 for what it is, that's ace!

I would agree,

The chin is a little bit too large and the jaw needs to be a little less proeminant. Other than that, it is really cool.

^_^ Hi Rainman

Nice work, read through all the comments and to me the eyes look fine as they are she has a look of being scared/surprised.

Its the chin and upto the cheek bones that looks very male.

Awesome first attempt too ;)

Considering this type of creation was probably not considered possible by the Swift 3D v4.5 programmers, this is simply an awesome piece of Swift 3D work... and I believe the first time someone has achieved such realism on a Swift Advanced Modeler generated character.

Kudos...

As far as the critiques above go... I'll put my vote with Donna's.

Wow, thanks for all the replies people! I was a little surprised at that. :P

I've read all the comments and made some adjustments according those comments (when I thought they were valid comments).

Scaled down the eyes, changed the chin, scaled the head, applied different bitmaps so the hairline looks better now and changed the skincolor a bit.

I hope you like the new model a bit better.
