I would suggest Maxwell renderer for architectural renders but it's slow but amazing results. All renderers can have close to the same results it all depends if you knwo how to use it correctly.

there's nothing like a best renderer...you need to visualize your renders and make use of the rendering engine at its best..
you have Mental Ray, Vray, Brazil, Final Render, Octane, Maxwell, Fryrender, Keyshot and many more coming up..
