what is the standard size for a sig?

Usually from 300 x 64 - 400 x 120. Mine right now is 400 x 120, some can be bigger though but they tend to be around the size of mine or bigger. I believe o.o

Edit: May be wrong though ;)

I usually make mine 400x150...

i use last few sigs 400*100
