See where you see the dot buttons ( H..S..B R..G..B etc)
Well click H or just click between them and it will be fixed

I try what ya say about clicking the H button, but its still remain green not normal ass image ready.

Actually it means exactly what it says, if you only have one hard drive they're fine set to the same (you can change it in preferences) if you have more than one, setting the secondary scratch disc to the second hard drive will boost performance.the scratch disk error is probably a warning to clear some RAM and some memory, but it may also be an indication of a virus infection, if it is a virus i'd just reformat becuase reinstalling photoshop wont work
The colors, check the color settings in the preferences, I'm sure there's some setting in there (I don't have PS open right now)

But what do where it sed scratch disk
its say .. First-startup,second-none,third-none, and fourth none..
what do i do in there to reconfigure it ...

i don't have a second hard drive.If you have a second hard drive, set the second to the second drive, otherwise leave it
